Mr. Brad Crabtree is the Assistant Secretary for the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management (FECM), where he leads and directs FECM’s research and development programs.

Mr. Crabtree brings nearly three decades of experience in energy and climate policy to his role as Assistant Secretary.  Prior to coming to DOE, he served as Vice President for Carbon Management at the Great Plains Institute (GPI), where he cofounded and directed the Carbon Capture Coalition.

Cindy Gruensfelder is the President of the Leidos Defense Systems Sector. From the sea floor to space, this team is addressing a variety of threat environments facing our nation by delivering advanced systems in the areas of aerospace, airborne, land, and sea.

Eric Holcomb is the 51st Governor of Indiana, first elected in Nov. 2016. A lifelong Hoosier, he is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, served as the state’s 51st Lt. Governor, was a trusted advisor to Gov. Mitch Daniels and Sen. Dan Coats, worked for Congressman John Hostettler and was chairman of the Indiana Republican Party.

Micael Johansson is the President and CEO of Saab AB since 2019. He brings over 40 years of experience within engineering, sensor systems and defense. Most recently, he served as Senior EVP and Deputy CEO for Saab AB. He is Vice Chairman of the Board of ASD – Aerospace and Defence Industries Association of Europe.

Micah Johnson, an ex-MLB player and Indiana native, has transformed into a multidimensional artist after discovering his passion for art during his time with the Los Angeles Dodgers. His work centers around empowering and inspiring viewers to dream without limits.

His work has graced the cover of TIME and has been auctioned at Christie's. He was also named VISA's first-ever sponsored creator.

Ann Lathrop serves as chief strategy officer for the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, overseeing Indiana’s integrated approach to business development. Her professional experience encompasses business development, sales, finance, marketing and brand management. Ann previously served in leadership roles as Deputy Mayor of Indianapolis and City Controller. She graduated from San Diego State University and has been recognized by the Indianapolis Business Journal as a Woman of Influence.

Dave Ricks is Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Eli Lilly and Company. A Lilly veteran for more than 25 years, Dave became CEO in January 2017 and was elected Chair of the Board effective June 2017. Dave earned a BS degree from Purdue University and an MBA degree from Indiana University. Dave serves on the board of Adobe and Business Roundtable. He is a member of the board of PhRMA.  Locally, Dave is a member of the executive committee and board of Central Indiana Corporate Partnership.

Adam Riddle is President of Rolls-Royce Defence where he leads a global team providing power and service solutions for Aerospace and Naval products to customers in over 100 countries. Adam is also Chairman and CEO of Rolls-Royce North America with oversight for activity across North America. During his 25-year+ career, Adam served in the U.S. Army and worked for Anheuser-Busch, Boeing and Rolls-Royce. Adam is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and Washington University in St. Louis.

Greg Ronczka is Vice President - Environment and Sustainability for Heidelberg Materials’ North American business.  He is responsible for environmental compliance of current operations, managing legacy claims and liabilities from discontinued operations, and achieving the company’s sustainability commitments including carbon reduction.  

David Rosenberg has served as Indiana’s Secretary of Commerce since August 2023. In his role, Sec. Rosenberg leads the strategy and growth of the state’s economy. He’s also held leadership roles with former Indianapolis mayor Greg Ballard and Indianapolis Public Schools. He graduated from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law and was named as one of Howey Politics Indiana’s Power 50 and one of Indiana’s 250 Most Influential Leaders by the Indianapolis Business Journal.

Jun Sawada is the Executive Chairman of NTT. At the same time, he wears several different hats outside the company. Jun is the Chairman of the Japan-U.S. Business Council, a Board Member of the U.S. Japan Council, the Co-Chairperson of the Kyoto Institute of Philosophy, a Vice Chair of the Japan Business Federation called “KEIDANREN”, and a visiting professor at Ritsumeikan University in Japan.
