- The deadline to book rooms within our block was April 12, 2024. However, we may still have rooms available. Contact us today to inquire.
- All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card. Any reservation canceled within (48) hours of the arrival date, will be charged for one (1) night's room and tax.
- Please note that Race weekend rooms require a three-night minimum (Friday – Sunday nights) and are payable in full and non-refundable at time of booking. If you book a race weekend room and want to depart earlier than Monday, May 27 or cancel your reservation, you will be charged for the full amount.
