Tim Bettington, a recognized animal health leader with more than 25 years of experience across both livestock and pet health, currently serves as Elanco’s Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Market Development, focusing on launch readiness and driving growth initiatives. Having built some of the industry’s most successful portfolios in animal health, Tim also has oversight of Business Development, Government Affairs, Strategy, Data & Analytics with a focus on AI & Global Innovation.

Mr. Brad Crabtree is the Assistant Secretary for the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management (FECM), where he leads and directs FECM’s research and development programs.

Mr. Crabtree brings nearly three decades of experience in energy and climate policy to his role as Assistant Secretary.  Prior to coming to DOE, he served as Vice President for Carbon Management at the Great Plains Institute (GPI), where he cofounded and directed the Carbon Capture Coalition.

Kyra Epps is an Image Award-Winning Television Producer best known for her work on OWN's transformative hit show "Iyanla Fix My Life." With over a decade of professional experience, Kyra has established herself as a visionary force with other credits, including Executive Producer of BET's "Social Awards" and "Just KeKe," NBC's "Paternity Court" and "Judge Mathis." Currently, Kyra is the executive producer and interior designer on HGTV's top streamed show "Buying Back The Block."

Attilio Fontana won the regional elections on 4 March 2018 and was reconfirmed for a second term in 2023.

Member of the Northern League since its birth, he was first elected mayor of the municipality of Induno Olona, and then mayor of the city of Varese in 2006. He was re-elected in 2011, while also holding the Presidency of ANCI Lombardia until 2014. He was President of the Lombardy regional council from 2000 to 2005.

A law graduate, he is a criminal lawyer and owner of a law firm since 1980.

Eric Holcomb is the 51st Governor of Indiana, first elected in Nov. 2016. A lifelong Hoosier, he is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, served as the state’s 51st Lt. Governor, was a trusted advisor to Gov. Mitch Daniels and Sen. Dan Coats, worked for Congressman John Hostettler and was chairman of the Indiana Republican Party.

Micael Johansson is the President and CEO of Saab AB since 2019. He brings over 40 years of experience within engineering, sensor systems and defense. Most recently, he served as Senior EVP and Deputy CEO for Saab AB. He is Vice Chairman of the Board of ASD – Aerospace and Defence Industries Association of Europe.

Micah Johnson, an ex-MLB player and Indiana native, has transformed into a multidimensional artist after discovering his passion for art during his time with the Los Angeles Dodgers. His work centers around empowering and inspiring viewers to dream without limits.

His work has graced the cover of TIME and has been auctioned at Christie's. He was also named VISA's first-ever sponsored creator.

Ann Lathrop serves as chief strategy officer for the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, overseeing Indiana’s integrated approach to business development. Her professional experience encompasses business development, sales, finance, marketing and brand management. Ann previously served in leadership roles as Deputy Mayor of Indianapolis and City Controller. She graduated from San Diego State University and has been recognized by the Indianapolis Business Journal as a Woman of Influence.

Oksana Markarova - Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States, Permanent Observer of Ukraine to the Organization of American States and Ambassador of Ukraine to Antigua and Barbuda.

Before she arrived in DC on Apr 20, 2021, she served in Ukraine’s Ministry of Finance in 2015-2020 as First deputy Minister and then since 2018 as a Minister of Finance.

Prior to career in public service Mrs. Markarova spent 17 years working in private equity and financial advisory.

As President and CEO of Roche Diagnostics Corporation, Brad Moore is head of North America commercial operations for the Diagnostics Division of Roche Group, headquartered in Basel, Switzerland. He also serves as a member of Roche’s global Diagnostics Leadership Team. Brad joined Roche in October 2016 as the Head of Diabetes Care North America, where he was responsible for all aspects of Roche’s diabetes business in the U.S. and Canada.

Hiroshi Ono is Managing Executive Officer with Nippon Steel Corporation, and President and CEO with Nippon Steel North America, who is responsible for global business development in the Americas.  Hiroshi joined Nippon Steel in 1989 and has held a wide range of jobs with the company, including marketing and strategic planning of global business developments. Hiroshi received a B.A. in Economics from Kyushu University and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Mel Raines is in her tenth season with Pacers Sports & Entertainment currently serving as President & COO. In June 2024 Raines will become CEO of the company, overseeing all business operations for the Indiana Pacers of the NBA, Indiana Fever of the WNBA, Indiana Mad Ants of the G League, Pacers Gaming as well as Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Raines has more than 30 years of operations, legislative, political, corporate, and public affairs experience.

Reza Rasoulpour is the Vice President of the Global Regulatory and Stewardship (RAS) organization for Corteva Agriscience. His accountability is to provide strategic and operational leadership to the global RAS organization to design, evaluate, develop, and steward registrations and their supporting regulatory science to enable sustainable business growth. The RAS organization encompasses regulatory science, global and regional regulatory affairs, product stewardship around the world.

Dave Ricks is Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Eli Lilly and Company. A Lilly veteran for more than 25 years, Dave became CEO in January 2017 and was elected Chair of the Board effective June 2017. Dave earned a BS degree from Purdue University and an MBA degree from Indiana University. Dave serves on the board of Adobe and Business Roundtable. He is a member of the board of PhRMA.  Locally, Dave is a member of the executive committee and board of Central Indiana Corporate Partnership.

Dave Roberts is CEO of Applied Research Institute (ARI), a nonprofit driving collaboration at the intersection of innovation, technology, and national security and facilitating groundbreaking economic development. ARI has secured hundreds of millions in federal funds since 2022, serving as the catalyst of innovation that the Governor and IEDC envisioned. These include wins for semiconductors (DOD), hydrogen (DOE) & life sciences (Commerce).

Greg Ronczka is Vice President - Environment and Sustainability for Heidelberg Materials’ North American business.  He is responsible for environmental compliance of current operations, managing legacy claims and liabilities from discontinued operations, and achieving the company’s sustainability commitments including carbon reduction.  

David Rosenberg has served as Indiana’s Secretary of Commerce since August 2023. In his role, Sec. Rosenberg leads the strategy and growth of the state’s economy. He’s also held leadership roles with former Indianapolis mayor Greg Ballard and Indianapolis Public Schools. He graduated from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law and was named as one of Howey Politics Indiana’s Power 50 and one of Indiana’s 250 Most Influential Leaders by the Indianapolis Business Journal.

Amber Russell is currently the Senior Vice President of bp Refining, Terminals & Pipelines. She began her career as a Process Engineer in 1996 and has held roles within the Refining and Energy industry across North and South America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Her assignments include positions within operations, engineering, economics and strategy, finance, supply, terminal and pipelines, and multiple refining leadership roles.

Kamil Šaško, holds an MSc. in Finance from the London School of Business and Finance. He served as financial attaché at the Slovak Republic's Permanent Representation in Brussels, and later as an expert at the National Bank of Slovakia. Currently, he is the State Secretary at the Ministry of Economy, overseeing energy and strategy.

Jun Sawada is the Executive Chairman of NTT. At the same time, he wears several different hats outside the company. Jun is the Chairman of the Japan-U.S. Business Council, a Board Member of the U.S. Japan Council, the Co-Chairperson of the Kyoto Institute of Philosophy, a Vice Chair of the Japan Business Federation called “KEIDANREN”, and a visiting professor at Ritsumeikan University in Japan.

John Shade is EVP of Defense Business Development & Future Programs where he leads a team providing power solutions for the U.S. Department of Defense across land, sea, air, and space. John also oversees Rolls-Royce North American Technologies, Inc. (aka LibertyWorks). This team operates at the forefront of military technologies delivering rapid and innovative solutions for future battlefield challenges. John has >30 years experience in aerospace and defense. John is a graduate of Boston University (degrees in aerospace engineering), and Indiana University (MBA).

Meg Szabo is the Managing Editor of Bloomberg Green and Sustainability Events, where she is responsible for the editorial programming of the inaugural Bloomberg Green Festival, the Bloomberg Green Summits at COP, and the Global Sustainable Business Summits Series.

The Hon. Nina Tangri was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario in 2018 as the Member of Provincial Parliament representing the riding of Mississauga—Streetsville. Nina Tangri is also Ontario’s Associate Minister of Small Business.  Nina Tangri is passionate about bringing communities together and working with individuals and businesses to learn how the government can make Ontario the best place to live, work, and raise a family.

Lisa Thompson has served as the Member of Provincial Parliament for Huron–Bruce since October 2011. In June 2021, Lisa was appointed Ontario’s 40th Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs. Prior, Lisa served as Minister of Government & Consumer Services and Minister of Education. Before entering politics, Lisa served as the General Manager of the Ontario Dairy Goat Cooperative, Chair of the Ontario 4-H Foundation and Vice-chair of Ontario Agri-Food Education, now known as AgScape.

Today, I spend my time as a Partner at High Alpha, a venture studio that conceives, launches and scales high-growth B2B software companies and a Partner with Forty5, where we own, operate, and program some of the top destinations for entertainment across Indiana and throughout the Midwest.

Ivan Tornos was appointed President and CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Zimmer Biomet in August 2023. Mr. Tornos is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and also completed leadership and management programs at the Cox School of Business of Southern Methodist University. He finalized post-MBA work at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, MBA from the University of Miami School of Business and a BBA from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business.

Ben Townsend is the Global Head of Infrastructure & Sustainability at Google where he leads the delivery of Google’s Net Zero and Water Sustainability programs across their global infrastructure portfolio. Ben also oversees Google’s global infrastructure strategy team, delivering the utility infrastructure solutions behind Google data centers and the products and services they enable. Ben holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil and environmental engineering from Purdue University.

Roger VanDerSnick enters his eighth season as the Colts’ chief sales and marketing officer. An Indiana native, he previously was with global sports marketing agency IMG, where he was chief sales and marketing officer of IMG College. Before IMG, he held a variety of roles, most recently as executive vice president and chief operating officer, with International Speedway Corporation, owner and operator of 12 speedways and 100-plus motorsports events every year.

Diya Wynn is a leader in Responsible AI who champions ethical AI development and empowers organizations to build trust in AI. Industry-recognized and awarded as a top influencer in AI, she also works globally to shape responsible AI practices and policy. Diya studied Computer Science at Spelman College, the Management of Technology at NYU, and AI & Ethics at MIT Sloan School of Management and Harvard University Professional School.

Since January, Vince Wong has served as CEO of BioCrossroads and the Indiana Seed Fund. Most recently, Vince served as chief commercial officer of Geneoscopy, a venture-backed start up developing RNA diagnostics for gastrointestinal diseases, where he helped raise over $100M in venture capital. Prior to Geneoscopy, Vince enjoyed an 18-year career at Roche Diagnostics, where he held several senior leadership positions. Vince serves on a number of boards.

Todd Young is the senior United States Senator from Indiana. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy and served as a United States Marine. He is the co-author of the CHIPS and Science Act, which aims to boost our economic and national security by investing in the jobs of the future.

As DIU's Deputy Director, Commercial Operations, Liz brings her diverse experiences from the private sector, the military, and the not-for-profit sector to lead DIU’s collaboration with the commercial tech sector and investment community. This includes enhanced portfolio company scaling support and related Department partnerships, as well as the defense innovation on-ramp, talent, and investment capabilities resident in NSIC and NSIN.

Ambassador Alexander Tah-Ray Yui is Taiwan's Representative to the United States since December 2023. He leads the Washington, D.C.-based Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office (TECRO), which also has a presence in 12 other U.S. cities. He previously served as Chief of Mission in Brussels (EU), Paraguay, and Geneva. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Mandarin, he joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in 1989 and became Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs in 2021. Ambassador Yui received his MA and BA from Texas A&M University.
